all Free Clear Laundry Detergent Review & Giveaway

To help new moms manage, all® Free Clear is teaming up with Kerry Colburn, author of How to Have Your Second Child First, to create a forum at www.facebook.com/alllaundry for first-time moms to share tips and seek out advice from other moms who have been there before. There, both first time and experienced moms can help each other save time and money, while still showering their newborn with all that it needs. The all® Facebook page will also provide money saving advice and a downloadable coupon.

all® Free Clear is the number one free clear detergent and is pediatrician and dermatologist recommended for sensitive skin. It is free of perfumes and clear of dyes, and gently lifts away tough baby stains. Importantly for new moms on a budget, all® Free Clear costs fifty percent less than Dreft®!

When I had my first child, I bought everything under the sun. If it was cute, or said "for babies" I just had to have it. By the time I had my second child, I had learned what I really needed and what I didn't. I learned that the same product packaged two different ways, was still the same product. I discovered all Free Clear because I have sensitive skin and don't like perfume and dyes in my detergent. I realized fast that all Free Clear was the same thing as the other brand of "for babies" laundry detergent and started saving my family money by buying only one detergent for everyone. all Free Clear is a great detergent that gets our clothes clean and fresh without irritating mine and L's sensitive skin. It all saves me time because I don't have to separate L's clothes from everyone elses.

How to Have Your Second Child First: 100 Things That Are Good to Know the First Time Around is a great book I wish I had had when J was born. It highlights a lot of tips that may seem like common sense, yet when you're holding your first born, nothing makes sense. These tips help you save money, time and your sanity. "You don't need a changing table"! Yes, it's cute and matches the furniture, but you don't need it. I have never bought one and have never regretted it. "You can leave your baby with other people". I still have a hard time with this even though J is 4. But the few times we have, dear Hubby and I have really enjoyed our time quiet time together. "Dress your baby in whatever is easiest". We got a ton of super cute baby clothes for our son's shower. Adorable outfits with with matching accessories. Let me just say, everything is cuter on the hanger. I learned fast to dress the boys in was easy for diaper changes and spit up messes. They don't always match but they don't mind either.

I suggest using the store brand formula- we started out with Enfamil & later switched to Sam's Club brand. It has saved us so much money & seems to work just the same.

My advice is not to buy all the "baby stuff" unless you really think you need it. So much of it just takes up room in the house and you hardly use it, and then they grow out of it!

To save money - use cloth diapers. The cost upfront is higher, but you save way more money overall.

My advice on saving money...CVS. Since we've discovered extra credit back, it's been amazing at the free HBA items we've got. (We just got a CASE of name brand diapers for $7 between sale and coupons).
