Children's Claritin Grape Chewables Review

I've always had seasonal allergies. Unfortunately, I seem to have passed my allergies on to my kids. Poor J spends all Spring and Fall sneezing with itchy and swollen eyes. Last Spring he scared me so much we actually took him to the ER one day because his eyes had almost swollen shut. I wanted to hear it was something other than allergies because I've never seen someone react that badly.

Did you know 4 out of 10 school children are affected by allergies? There are both indoor and outdoor allergies that can affect your child's entire day
• Daytime allergy symptoms can impede focus and result in learning problems
• Nighttime allergy symptoms can result in sleep loss and lead to daytime
drowsiness, making it even more difficult to function well during the school day

Children’s Claritin® is the #1 pediatrician recommended non-drowsy allergy brand. One dose lasts the whole school day and provide relief from runny noses, itchy, watery eyes and other allergy symptoms. Only Children’s Claritin® provides powerful all-day allergy relief without making your child jittery or drowsy*.

We received Children's Claritin® Grape Chewables to try. This was the first chewable medicine J has tried. He's used to the liquid so he wasn't quiet sure what to think. He actually asked me if he was getting a treat. He liked the flavor and the Children's Claritin helped his sneezing and itchy eyes the rest of the afternoon.

Grape Chewables are safe and effective for kids 2 and up**, and they have a great taste that will go down without a fuss.

Claritin® products also come in two other forms that are great for kids, so parents can choose what works best for each child: a syrup for kids as young as 2, or fast-dissolving, hassle-free RediTabs® Tablets (available in 12- or 24-hour) for children ages 6 and up.

Some great tips for helping to manage your kids allergies
- Keep windows closed — because most pollen is carried by the wind, it’s in the air everywhere
- Keep your house smoke-fee — irritants like tobacco smoke can intensify allergy symptoms
- Change or clean air filters regularly — help furnace and air conditioning filters keep out more allergens by cleaning them once a month
- Keep your pet away from carpeted rooms, sleeping areas, upholstered furniture and other places where it becomes difficult or impossible to remove dander
- Remove drapes, stuffed animals, pet bedding, upholstered furniture and even carpeting from your child’s bedroom to help minimize dust mites
- Have your child shower and change clothes after playing outdoors — outside allergens and pollen can collect on the skin, hair and clothing
- Inform others about your child’s allergies — discuss your child’s condition with the school nurse, teachers, coaches and any other people with whom your child has regular contact

Ultimate Blog Pary 2010

Ultimate Blog Party 2010

It's that time again, the Ultimate Blog Party over at 5minutesformom.com. I participated for the first time last year and had so much fun I had to play along again this year. This is a great way to meet some new blogging friends and help to get the word out about your own blog.

Hi, I'm Kimberly. I'm married to my college sweetheart and we have two amazing boys, J and L.

Our boys are the best of friends and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm lucky enough to have a wonderful husband who works so hard so I can stay home with our boys. I also have an online business called Oh My Baby. I make and sell personalized baby gifts. Some of my favorite items are my personalized burp cloths and my new personalized onesies with a neck tie applique.

The picture of L wearing a neck tie onesie is a little blurry but he just looked so cute on Easter.

I had originally started this blog to update customers on news and new products for Oh My Baby. It has since grown into product reviews and giveaways. I've gotten very crafty and really need to start posting some of my projects too. Things have just been a little crazy lately. I've had a lot of fun blogging, met some really great people, and learned a lot.

Make sure you stop by the Ultimate Blog Party to make some new friends and win some great prizes. There's a huge list of prizes to choose from. I'm not picky and would love any of the great prizes listed. Some of my top choices would be
11, 95 - Restaurant.com GC

JELL-O Review

Growing up, I loved JELL-O. I used to love going to the grocery store and staring at the isle full of different gelatin flavors. Then I discovered JELL-O gelatin jigglers, I mean could snack time get any cooler?! The only thing I hated was the waiting. It took hours for the JELL-O to set in the fridge. It was like waiting for water to boil...only longer.

JELL-O Gelatin Cups come in a variety of the flavors you love but with the convenience to grab and go. With the summer fast approaching, and bathing suit season starting, JELL-O Sugar Free gelatin cups are only 10 calories each. They are Weight Watchers®-endorsed and 0 Weight Watchers® POINTS® value per serving. Plus they come in 10 yummy flavors. Sugar-free JELL-O Pudding Cups come in some delicious flavors too such as Dulce de Leche or Chocolate. I reviewed both flavors and couldn't tell they were sugar free. Dulce de Leche was my favorite, I love all things caramel.

JELL-O gelatin cups come in new flavors like Lemon-Lime Splash/Outrageous Orange and Berry Blue/Outrageous Orange combination packs. There are still the traditional favorites like Strawberry.

We were lucky enough to review all of the wonderful flavors I've mentioned. JELL-O pudding and gelatin cups have been the perfect snack for J. After school or mid-day, he loves choosing from the different bright colors and flavors. The creamy chocolate and vanilla swirl pudding ended up being his favorite. I personally loved the Berry Blue gelatin. L tried JELL-O for the first time and just grunted for more. I don't think he has a favorite yet, he just loved them all.

Stop by your local grocery store and stock up on these fun and delicious snacks. With the warmer weather setting in, JELL-O is the perfect cool treat.

I received these products free of charge for review on my blog. The views and opinions are my own and were not influenced in any way.

Soft uses manufacturers who produce their clothing items with low-impact environmental techniques and use Fair Trade practices. I received this absolutely adorable Growl onesie for review.

Made of organic cotton and printed with eco-friendly water based ink. The Growl onesie has a stretchy neck and extra cutting room in the armpits to make it easier to take on and off. The fabric is so soft to the touch. Just throw it in the washer for easy cleaning.

Soft has many cute products like this hand knitted organic cotton hat.

This hat is part of Soft's Knit-a-Better-World program. Soft will donate 10% of the profits from these hat sales to the Charles Foundation which provides educational opportunities for underprivileged girls on the Tibetan border of China.

One of my favorite products is the Organic Baby Blanket in Pink. This blanket can be used as a hoodie, to wrap your baby up like a cocoon or use it as a baby cape.

Soft baby wear is valued for their comfort, cuteness and wearability. They have even gained a celebrity following including Gwen Stefani, Rebecca Gayheart and Kourtney Kardashian.
