Betty Crocker Cereal Muffin Mixes Review & GIVEAWAY

Breakfast is my kid's favorite meal of the day.  It's their favorite meal, yet they only eat a few of the same things over and over again.  Betty Crocker Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Puffs just happen to be on that short list!  What's better than a bowl of cereal (with spilt milk of course)??  Muffins!!  Muffins are my kid's #1 favorite breakfast.  So to be able to combine their favorite cereals with muffins is just double score!

We received this fabulous prize pack of Betty Crocker's new Cereal Muffin Mixes.  The kids were so excited when I opened the box and they immediately recognized the cereal logos.  I just couldn't bake these soon enough.  We made the Cocoa Puffs Muffin Mix first.

The muffins are light and moist, the way muffins should be! They were nice and chocolatey just the way the kids like them but without being too sweet. The muffins also have a streusel topping that has little bits of the Cocoa Puffs cereal mixed in.  The cereal bits were a little crunchy and gave a different texture to the muffins.

I made these the night before to save time so that the kids could have them first thing in the morning before school.  They were just as delicious the next morning as they were the night before when I made them.  The kids leave for school early so I didn't get a picture of them eating the muffins.  After they left Baby M got to enjoy his muffin a little peace and quiet.
